Below are the forum rules. All members are expected to follow these rules at all times.


What happens if I break one or more of the rules?

It all depends on what you did. A PM may be sent for minor offenses (such as signature size). For more serious offenses, your account may receive an infraction which lets board staff and members know you've broken one or more board rules. After 4 strikes, your account could receive a temporary or permanent account mute or ban, depending on what the owner of the board (Hades) thinks.

If you think your account has been wrongfully muted or banned, please PM a board Staff member (preferably Hades). We will get back to you via email or private messages as soon as possible.

Posting

• Post topics in the correct forum or thread. If you're not sure where to post a topic, ask a Staff member (Moderator or Administrator) for help.
• Spamming (also known as "flaming") is not allowed on any part of the Ratchet Desires forum. Your posting abilities will be revoked if you're a repeat offender (3 Strikes) and you will be added to the 'Muted Members' group.
• This is an English only forum. Keep threads and topics in English.
• Inappropriate content, such as pornography, is not allowed on Ratchet Desires. Violation of this rule will result in your account's ability to have a forum avatar and/or signature being revoked or your account being permanently banned. This includes links, videos, audio, or pictures of inappropriate content in forum avatars (profile pictures) and signatures. For images of celebrities that are above a PG-13 rating, you may post in The Black Room user group with caution (*coming soon*).
• No derailing of threads. Please stay on topic. If you have some sort of argument with a poster, the topic will be moved to the Slap Fight forum, and, in some circumstances, locked. This goes for arguments with the Anonymous poster as well. (See here for more details.)
• Be sure to include a source link (if possible) in your post when posting news articles or information on the board that was not created by you.
• Absolutely no trolling or bullying is allowed.
• "Stan wars" are not allowed. Simply agree to disagree and keep it moving.

Forum Etiquette

• Any messages posted that are racist, vulgar, or are a violation of US laws are not permitted and will not go unnoticed.
• Respect of others opinions and views should always be present from our board members.
• Although private, you may not harass other members through PMs (private messages).
• Do not request or link to illegal websites or illegal download(s). Extreme action will be taken on your account.
• Signatures - Links are allowed in signatures and posts, but they must not link to adult-rated or illegal websites. Signature images must also be no more than 600 by 229 (pixels), or else it will result in the forum theme "shifting". You may be warned by RD Staff for your signature size or contents.
• We take pride in our members' safety - Do not give out other members' personal information on this website without their prior consent.
• If you ever experience trouble with RD Staff or other members, please contact the Administrator(s) by filing a report.
